Marjoram - Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C, and Iron.


Sage - Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E and K, as well as calcium, copper, fiber, iron and magnesium.


Rosemary - Calcium, iron, and vitamin B6, as well as polyphenol micronutrients that have potent effects on the nervous and digestive systems.


Basil - Vitamin A, vitamin K, calcium, iron, manganese, and minerals, as well as antioxidants such as lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin.
